Am I being too greedy?

I'm going to get an offer at a new company that it is a 55% pay increase over my current salary. I also will have to pay back $3,000 of education benefits when I leave.

Should I ask the new company for additional money to cover that liability? It would be great if they did, but I don't want to hurt the offer. In addition I want them to pay for this current semester.

Definitely agree. Just remember you want to handle this tactful. Emphasize you're excited for the job and that you are looking for a compensation package that makes it easier for you to accept it.
