I'm going to get an offer at a new company that it is a 55% pay increase over my current salary. I also will have to pay back $3,000 of education benefits when I leave.

Should I ask the new company for additional money to cover that liability? It would be great if they did, but I don't want to hurt the offer. In addition I want them to pay for this current semester.

Should I try to get both, or just the current semester?
