I get this question a lot and I totally freeze up.
Some standard questions that always work:
- Could you tell me more about your day-to-day responsibilities?
- What's the company culture like?
- If I was hired for this position, what would you want me to achieve in my first few months?
- For this role, what would success look like?
Above all though, never says, "nope, I have no questions." You want the interview to keep moving and to build rapport.
^ Solid questions here! Thanks for sharing
The best questions are ones that involve some research. Google the people you're speaking with and the company. Learn about new challenges for the company and ask about how this role might help those challenges.
Or, ask your interviewers about their journey and why they left company X to join the one you're interviewing at.
