We are currently seeking a Marketing Assistant to work with our Morrow and Dey Street Imprints! This position will provide administrative and marketing support to the SVP/Publisher as well as the marketing department.
Responsible for all seasonal and weekly rep mailings.
Coordinates material for in-house planning and pre-sales meetings.
Manages various data base systems and input of information.
Creates the sales conference PowerPoint.
Controls the marketing material inventory.
Manages all title-specific mailings direct to booksellers.
Performs administrative duties as necessary.
4 year college degree or equivalent work experience
Prior office experience required
Ability to work effectively with all levels of management
Ability to set priorities while under pressure
Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills
Excellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledgeable about social media for marketing purposes
