Need help with resume

Wanted to ask for advice. People tell me to use bullets and some say paragraphs. What do recruiters like when describing responsibilities?



Honestly, I don't think it matters. What is more important is that you explain what you actually did. I've seen it all and the best resumes are ones that tell you what someone did and how they did it. That matters more than formatting.

Career guidance counselor I spoke with said bullet points is the better option

I've seen pararaphs work kind of well if you're a writer or an editor. But almost all jobs I've applied to seem to prefer bullets for clarity
