Thank you, Radley. College coaching requires a Masters degree for most head coach positions. I have been lucky to pursue most of the MBA for free through tuition reimbursement as part of my benefit package. I also wanted a "safety net." Now that I'm no longer coaching I enjoy finance and would prefer a dynamic environment in finance or wealth management. 

Thank you. I anticipate a full-time offer soon and then I will consider my licensing (FINRA Series 7, etc.).
