I think 9 months is right at that line where it's probably not too soon so you should be okay. Congrats!

I think this is the best way to go. You need something to prove that you can write or you can do marketing to set yourself apart. if you have any classes from college put those on your resume. Take online classes or try and start a website. It's super easy to do nowadays so make your side hustle building a small web presence of your writing and use that.

As a recruiter, I definitely agree with this. I've reviewed so many resumes that are clearly meant for another job, and if I get that feeling from an application, it's immediately rejected.
