Some standard questions that always work:
- Could you tell me more about your day-to-day responsibilities?
- What's the company culture like?
- If I was hired for this position, what would you want me to achieve in my first few months?
- For this role, what would success look like?
Above all though, never says, "nope, I have no questions." You want the interview to keep moving and to build rapport.
